GO SURFARI PUERTO RICO & INTERNATIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 50% deposit due at time of booking, non-refundable.
2. 100% payment due 7 days prior to your trip.
3. Refunds are not available for a shortened trip.
4. Travel Insurance is strongly advised to cover loss of baggage, trip interruption and any medical expenses.  Travel insurance is inexpensive and we have recommendations.
5.  International (non-US) travelers must have passports valid beyond 6months during the duration of your Go Surfari trip.
6. There will be a waiver of liability each Guest and/or Guardian of a Minor has to sign & return via email describing that you/they are aware of inherent risks of surfing, ocean activities, traveling, etc.
7.  We don't control the weather...the waves may be flat, huge, weather rainy, cold, hot, etc.  There are no refunds or guarantees for conditions not being ideal but we will do our absolute best to accommodate during your stay.
8. Go Surfari International Surf Resorts (ie. not Puerto Rico) will have additional TERMS & CONDITIONS that will need to be reviewed and accepted per Location.
